I’ve been working since I was 14 years old and have had a lot of odd jobs including as a butcher, a blacksmiths apprentice and as a makeup artist for a haunted house.
The Most Epic Game
I love games and sports of all types, but the most epic game that I play is croquet, believe it or not. My family plays with a modified ruleset and an intensity that has precipitated us designing and building custom mallets and wickets.
In The Parks
A few of the projects I worked on at Disney Research were deployed into the theme parks. Most notable the D-tech Me figurines were featured for a limited time during the Star Wars weekend in Hollywood Studios and at the Bippity-Boppity Boutique in Magic Kingdom. Also, I very briefly helped with the Na’vi Shaman animatronic for the Na’vi River Journey Ride as well as the Donald Trump animatronic in the Hall of Presidents (queue mixed reactions).
